***All sales are final. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations are not permitted, but may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please pay your invoice in a timely manner to ensure the products ordered are still in stock and available to be shipped to you upon receipt of payment.
*Payment Options are automatically saved in our system. We only have access to the last 4 digits of the card or account, as well as the expiration date & card type (MasterCard, Visa, etc.). You will be asked to confirm this information with each purchase if you’d like to utilize a saved payment option. *We every effort to ship orders in a timely manner, but no longer guarantee orders will be shipped same day. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days, so please place your order accordingly. USPS Priority does not come with a guaranteed delivery date, but is generally delivered within 2-5 business days. We have EXPEDITED SHIPPING available upon request, through phone order only when place BEFORE 12 pm EST Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping will give a money back guarantee if delivered later than expected delivery date and time, but is not guaranteed to be overnight. Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days, but can sometimes take 3-4 in more rural areas.
*Discount Codes & Sales - All discount codes and sales must be entered in checkout (or mentioned if ordering by phone) prior to placing your order. No discount codes can be entered after an order has been placed and we do not offer retroactive sales.
*Damaged Or Missing Items: Should any items in your order be missing or damaged, you are required to call the office at 207-669-8246 within 2 business days of delivery. To receive replacement for damaged or missing items, we require a picture of the products you received (package size and product name on each package must be clear) and a picture of the invoice for us to review and add to our records.

This payment is for the goods and services noted on the web payment form. All orders with Priority Mail will receive a tracking link via email, sent directly from Stamps.com, once your order is packed and ready for shipment. Please allow several hours (up to 24 hours) for the tracking to update with the first scan.
